The outspoken history professor is seeking $10 million in damages from York for a press release he says discriminated against him and tried to muzzle comments he made about its fundraising foundation.
It is the latest tussle between York and the 61-year-old scholar, who also fights York's policy of cancelling classes on Jewish holidays by cancelling his own classes on Muslim holidays as well.
